Co-Curricular activities at Springfields College are as important as academics as they help in developing aesthetic and creative sensibilities in students. All students are encouraged to choose any two activities from among the various disciplines offered by the college.

The college offers all its students music, dance, drama, etc. as activities. Children are regularly encouraged to choose at least one activity and work hard towards honing their skills.

Performances and workshops by well-known artistes are regularly hosted by the college in order to give top-class and first-hand exposure to the students.

Community Service

At Springfields College, we recognise the important role that the community plays in the development and growth of humans. The college ensures that our students actively participate in social and community service.

They are made to understand and appreciate differences but also learn to make a difference in the lives of those who are less fortunate than themselves. Regular visits to old age homes and orphanages are organised along with tie-ups with various NGOs and organisations for talks and various other activities. Every Saturday, the students are made to work actively with the community. They work with the elderly, the under-privileged or the less-abled .

Through these activities, we strive to make them more socially conscious and, also, grateful for the privileges they have, and teach them the importance of gratitude, generosity and sensitivity.

Environmental & Civic Activities

Springfields College is an environmentally conscious campus. Rainwater Harvesting and use of Solar Energy is widely practiced on the campus. The same values are also given to the students from a very early age. Regular nature walks, cleanliness programmes and plantation drives are organised by the college and each child is expected to participate in, at least, one of the many environmental and civic activities. Activities like traffic-rules awareness, saving water and care for the planet are highly encouraged. The students are actively involved in wildlife awareness campaigns too.
